These flat back labrets are perfect for nose,  conch, helix,  Medusa, Monroe, or labret. Each one is a tiny work of art. 
These internally threaded flatback labrets are perfect for nose,  conch, helix,  Medusa, Monroe, or labret.  The pinkish purple rough stone for these was sourced from Madagascar. 
All set in 14k yellow or white gold with your choice of bezel or prong set,  2 or 3mm stone.
Straight 5mm internally threaded pin with long threaded stud for a very secure fit. The pins are 16 gauge.
