Red Oregon Sunstone rough bead cage pendant

This elegant sterling silver bead cage contains a small (about 3ct) piece of red Oregon Sunstone.  The color is great, and when it catches the sun, it certainly does dazzle.
Red Oregon Sunstone holds a special significance with the Northern Piute people,  where as the legend goes,  a great warrior was wounded by an enemies arrow and his blood soaked into this special stone and imbued it with his spirit.
