This stone has some very heavy shiller, which gives it a coppery sheen. The color is a dark green overall with peachy color in places. This is the classic "Mystique" color which is the rarest Oregon Sunstone. It was mined by me in 2021 at the Dust Devil Mine outside of Plush Oregon.Oregon sunstone is classified as a cuprian laboradite feldspar and is the official state gemstone of Oregon. Formed millions of years ago by volcanic lava flows, it is one of the rarest gemstones in the world because of the small area they're found in.This stone would be amazing in a pendant or ring, and is waiting for your design magic to turn it into an heirloom piece of jewelry.
