11.58ct Fire Opal cabochon

This Oregon Fire Opal caboshon is an absolute stunner! Zones of red and yellow make this stone look like a soldering fire. 
This material was sourced near Opal Butte in Oregon and is old stock.  Very stable and not at all likely to crack with atmospheric changes.
This stone would be perfect in a pendant or brooch. It measures 18.5x13mm and weighs 11.58ct.
